If you lose your key or leave it inside your apartment:
During office hours, you can collect a spare key from PSOAS Studio or PSOAS Lounge. Residents in the southern maintenance area can collect the key from PSOAS Studio, and residents in the northern maintenance area from PSOAS Lounge.
Outside office hours, the on-call maintenance service can open the door for a fee.

In locations where the iLOQ system is in use, the charge for a misplaced key is 50 euros. A new key can be picked up from the housing office. The lost key will be deactivated, which means that the key no longer has access to the apartment.
In locations where iLOQ is not in use, the locks must be replaced and the tenant is responsible for the cost. The charge is 150 euros. The tenant will receive an invoice shortly after the installation work has been ordered.
