Property maintenance / On-call duty

Janitor on duty will take care of urgent faults and opens the doors outside office hours.

Cost for door opening:

Weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm with a cash payment 25 €. Payment with an invoice.

Other times 50 €. Payment with an invoice.

The property supervisors are responsible for the services while residing as well as the condition of the properties together with the janitorial service. Property supervisors can be reached Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.
