Nearly a thousand of our tenants responded to our annual tenant satisfaction survey, thank you very much for your responses.
From surveys conducted since 2000, we receive valuable feedback and development ideas from our tenants.
We asked how well we did in the fields of customer service, property supervising, living environment, cleaning, and the maintenance company and apartments. In almost all areas of the survey, our scores have remained at the same good level as in 2020, with an average of 8.5 or above in each.
Tenant satisfaction is also well illustrated by the fact that up to 90.2% would apply for new housing from PSOAS when housing needs change. You can take a look at all the questions and their answers here.
