The past year has been challenging for everyone because of the coronavirus. However, PSOAS has decided not to increase rents for 2021.

“Despite the general increase in the cost of property maintenance, we have decided to support our tenants in the current challenging situation. We will not make a general increase in rents for 2021. In connection with renovations and modernization projects, we will review rents for individual apartments, taking into account the improved level of apartments. “
During 2021, we will invest in the renovation and modernization of housing, as well as in the construction of new properties, offering students modern, well-maintained housing.
PSOAS tenants can keep paying rents with the same info as in 2020. New rent payment forms won`t be sent. If you however need one, you can contact the accommodation office about it.
