Starting from 1 October 2026, property maintenance services in the northern area will be provided by Luotea. When selecting a new partner, special attention was given to improving the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas. The new maintenance staff have already familiarised themselves with the properties.
In addition to regular maintenance tasks, Luotea will also be responsible for apartment inspections and door opening services from 1 October 2026 onwards. The maintenance service on-call number is available 24/7: +358 10 590 2000.
