The city of Oulu has stopped parking control in private yard areas. For this reason, PSOAS must find a solution to monitor parking. We wanted to make sure we work with an ethical and fair partner and Aimopark comes highly recommended.
With parking control we can ensure to continue providing safe and easy parking in the future. We have also listened to the feedback received from tenants regarding the incorrect parking that has occurred in the parking and yard areas. We want to make sure that tenants who pay for their parking space can continue using the parking they’ve reserved without problems.
Parking control ensures that important maintenance, rescue, and emergency works can be carried out without vehicles blocking the rescue routes. Efficient property maintenance must also be guaranteed especially during winter time when snow clearing must be made possible. In addition it’s important to keep the front of the waste shelter clear in order to ensure successful waste management. A smooth move-in for incoming tenants can be ensured by keeping the building main doors clear from unnecessary parking.
Tenants can also submit a control request to Aimopark themselves using the control request form.
