Want to improve your living?
Join the tenant committee!
As a member of the tenant committee, you get to have say in the management of your residential area. Whether you would like to have gym in your building or to organize a game night with other tenants, the tenant committee works rapidly between tenants and PSOAS.
What is a tenant committee?
Every residential area has its own tenant committee, headed by a chairman. The committee consists of a group of members determined by the size of the area. The committee assembles multiple times per year to discuss common issues. All tenants can bring forth initiatives, regardless of membership!

What the committee does
The tenant committee is the best and fastest way to make initiatives to PSOAS about matters that are important to you. All tenants can make initiatives by presenting them to the chairman of their committee, or to a member. The initiatives can be about e.g. the use of shared spaces, repair needs, the development of yard areas, or free-time activities. The committee receives an annual budget for addressing tenants’ common needs.
Applying for membership
You can apply for membership by contacting the chairman of your tenant committee. If a chairman has not yet been elected, contact your landlord. The most important thing you need as a member is the will to improve your area of residence.
