Seponpaja, Ylioppilaantie 4, located in Välkkylä, has undergone a renovation. The apartments will be ready for new tenants on January 1st 2024, and we have already started making offers.
There are 112 apartments in the building, half of which are 17m2 studios and half are 31m2 family apartments. On the first floor of the building, you can find the common areas, the interior of which our tenants have chosen earlier by voting. The 8-story building has two elevators.
