Good news for our tenants, because PSOAS has decided that rents will not be increased for 2024.
By keeping the rents at the same level compared to 2023, we want to be strengthening the livelihood of students, which has weakened due to the general increase in cost levels and decreased subsidies. As a responsible operator, we want to secure affordable housing for students in 2024 as well.

Tenants can continue to pay rent using the same payment information as in 2023. We will not send new rent payment forms automatically. If necessary, you can request one from our housing office.
