PSOAS uses electronic invoicing for separate invoices. Online invoicing is a secure and fast way to send and receive invoices. Electronic invoicing is used to send repair and cleaning invoices as well as water and electricity invoices if they are not included in the rent. 

Below is a list of properties where water and electricity bills are charged separately based on consumption.

How it Works:
