Ullankartano in Välkkylä is undergoing a major renovation. The entire building is being renewed, and the work is progressing as planned. Renovation started in autumn 2025 and will be completed in autumn 2026, when residents can move into fully updated spaces.
As part of the renovation, a brand-new common room will be built downstairs, and PSOAS residents will decide its vibe. There are three color themes to choose from, and the one with the most votes will be implemented. This way we make sure the space is genuinely comfortable and welcoming for residents.
Voting information can be found in OmaPSOAS, and all PSOAS residents are welcome to participate. Voting is open until 20th Dec. Everyone who votes can enter a raffle for three S Group gift cards.
