The upcoming renovation of Kumpula is part of the wider development work happening in the Välkkylä area. As part of the planning, PSOAS residents were invited to vote on the future color theme of the shared spaces. The options were Sun, Forest and Orange.
Forest, the green-toned option, won clearly with half of all votes. Sun gathered 30 percent of the votes and came in second, while Orange placed third with 20 percent. Residents took part actively, and the voting stirred plenty of excitement for what’s ahead.
Planning now moves forward based on the residents’ choice. The shared spaces in Kumpula will be designed using the Forest color theme, ensuring the renovation results feel right for the residents.
