PSOAS tenants can rent their apartment intermediately for up to one year. Therefore, if you are leaving town for a summer job or internship, or leaving the country for an exchange program, you don’t necessarily have to give up your apartment. Instead, you can rent it to another student or someone staying in Oulu temporarily. If you are looking for a place to stay for a period of time, our flat exchange may be the solution.

PSOAS Flat Exchange only operates as an ad space that connects students with available apartments. Counterparts should contact each other directly. The latest posts appear at the top of the page, where they remain for two weeks.
