We are looking for a service-minded and cheerful service advisor to join our organization to manage apartment rentals and customer service in a strongly internationalized operating environment.
In this job, you would be responsible for the rental and occupancy rate of the residential properties assigned to you. Tasks also include customer service in different channels. You would work as part of a six-person service team at our two offices.
We expect the applicant to have excellent English language skills, an understanding of different cultures and ways of working, good teamwork skills and a self-initiated approach to work. Due to the seasonal variation typical of the industry, the job also requires flexibility and the ability to withstand pressure. The applicant will have to be fluent in Finnish.
We appreciate the ability to quickly adopt different systems and the ability to produce text content for our electronic channels in Finnish and English.
