Make a notification of errors to FIRASOR.
FIRASOR-system is PSOAS’ electronic fault report system. It is the primary way to inform any errors or faults. However, if there is a fault that requires immediate action (for example a big leak of water), you should contact the property supervisor or the on-duty janitor.
