If you have just moved into a new PSOAS apartment, remember to take care of the following:

- Document the condition of your apartment using the apartment report.
- Sign an agreement for the supply of electricity if it is not included in your rent or charged by PSOAS. PSOAS’ partner for electricity is Oomi, but you may turn to any supplier of your choice.
- If you are a Tuudo user, connect your Tuudo and OmaPSOAS accounts.
