If you have just moved into your new PSOAS apartment, please take care of the following issues:
- Get a home insurance from an insurance company you prefer. PSOAS is in collaboration with LähiTapiola. If you’d like them to contact you on buying a home insurance policy for your PSOAS apartment, please send an email to pohjoinen@lahitapiola.fi.
- Document the condition of your apartment using the apartment report.
- Sign an agreement for the supply of electricity if it is not included in your rent or charged by PSOAS. PSOAS’ partner for electricity is Oomi, but you may turn to any supplier of your choice.
- If you are a Tuudo user, connect your Tuudo and OmaPSOAS accounts.
