In English below! Suomeksi: Vuokrataan kalustettu 31 m² kaksio Välkkylästä (Raksila) ajalle 1.9.2025–31.1.2026. Asunto on hyväkuntoinen ja sopii hyvin esimerkiksi opiskelijalle tai pariskunnalle. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittavat kalusteet (sohva, tv-taso, sohvapöytä, ruokapöytä, työpöytä, tuolit, hylly) sekä nettiyhteys reitittimellä. Huomioithan, että kuvissa näkyvät televisio, matot, muu elektroniikka sekä sänky eivät kuulu vuokraan. Tarvittaessa voimme kuitenkin hankkia toisen sängyn valmiiksi makuuhuoneeseen. Vuokran lisäksi alivuokralainen maksaa erikseen vesimaksun sekä sähkö- ja sähkönsiirtomaksut. Vuokravakuus on yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen (400 €) ja se maksetaan ennen vuokrasuhteen alkua. Alivuokralainen maksaa vuokran ja takuuvuokran suoraan PSOAS:lle sekä hoitaa itse kaikki muut maksut. Avaimet luovutetaan elokuun viimeisellä viikolla, tai tarvittaessa PSOASin toimistosta, mikäli saavut myöhemmin syyskuussa. In English: A furnished 31 m² apartment (kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom) for sublet in Välkkylä (Raksila) from September 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Erasmus students are welcome. The apartment is in very good condition and well suited for a student or a couple. The apartment includes all necessary furniture (sofa, TV stand, coffee table, dining table, chairs, work desk, shelf) and internet with a router. Please note that the TV, carpets, other electronics, and the bed shown in the pictures are not included. However, if needed, we can arrange another bed in the bedroom before your arrival. In addition to the rent, the subtenant is responsible for water charges, electricity, and transmission fees. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent (€400) is required before the rental period begins. The subtenant will pay the rent and the security deposit directly to PSOAS and is also responsible for all other bills. Keys will be handed over during the last week of August, or if needed, from the PSOAS office in case you arrive later in September.
