Asunto sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla lähellä yliopistoa (n. 250 m bussipysäkille) sekä Kuivasjärven järven rantaa (n. 100 m). Asunto sopii hyvin yksittäiselle opiskelijalle, pariskunnalle tai perheelle. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittavat kalusteet (sänky, sohvasänky, työpöytä, ruokapöytä, tuolit jne.) sekä kodinkoneet: TV, tiskikone, kahvinkeitin, mehupuristin, slow cooker sekä 100M internetyhteys reitittimellä muiden tarvittavien varusteiden ohella. Asukkaiden käytössä on myös talon yhteinen pesutupa ja sauna, jotka ovat varattavissa OmaPSOAS-verkkosivun kautta (https://www.omapsoas.fi). Vuokralainen vastaa sähkökuluista, mutta vesi ja internet sisältyvät vuokraan. Vuokravakuus on yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen (660 €), ja se maksetaan ennen vuokrasuhteen alkua. Vuokra on 660 € kuukaudessa. Avaimet luovutetaan elokuun viimeisellä viikolla tai tarvittaessa PSOASin toimistosta, jos saavut myöhemmin syyskuussa. In English: A furnished 65 m² apartment (3 rooms + kitchen) for sublet at Kalervontie 1 B 26 from September 4, 2025, to December 1, 2025. The apartment is located very close to the university (approx. 250 meters to the bus stop) and also close to Kuivasjärvi lake (approx. 100 meters). It is well suited for a student, a couple, or a family. The apartment includes all necessary furniture (bed, sofa bed, work desk, dining table, chairs, etc.) and appliances: TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, slow cooker, and 100M internet with a router, among other necessary items. Residents have access to a shared laundry room and sauna, which can be booked via the OmaPSOAS website (https://www.omapsoas.fi). The subtenant is responsible for electricity charges. Water and internet are included in the rent. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent (€660) is required before the rental period begins. The rent is €660 per month. Keys will be handed over during the last week of August, or if needed, from the PSOAS office in case you arrive later in September.
