Resident's Guide
Rental agreement termination
PSOAS reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the tenant:
- Does not pay his or her rent on time
- Transfers the rental right or surrenders possession of the apartment contrary to the legal decrees
- Does not follow rules and regulations
- Uses the apartment for some other purpose than what it is intended for as stated in the rental agreement
- Creates or allows others to create disturbances in the apartment (tenants are also responsible for the actions of their guests)
- Does not take care of the apartment properly
Divorce or annulment
The spouse that is moving out must give notice that his or her part of the rental agreement is being terminated and that his or her responsibility to fulfill the rent-related obligations is terminating in accordance with the notification.
At the same time, the right to live in the apartment of the spouse that is staying is checked, after which he or she will receive a new rental agreement.
