Hobby rooms

The use, the tidiness and the cleaning of clubrooms and hobby rooms are taken care of by the location's tenant committee, unless otherwise agreed upon. You can ask the tenant committee where the diverse hobby rooms are located and how to go about reserving them.

The clubrooms and the hobby rooms are designed for the tenants of PSOAS. Make sure that outsiders can not enter these rooms. If you let familiar / strange people enter the clubroom or the hobby room you take the responsibility.

Yards and playgrounds

When tenants clean the common areas of the location and otherwise take the initiative, the location is more enjoyable to live in. If nothing else, you get to know your neighbors better. The playgrounds and toys in them are for the use of children only. You may not walk your pets in these areas as it is against the rules and regulations. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the yard for their own apartment.

Day care centers

There are day care centers near our properties in Linnanmaa, Välkkylä, Kaijonharju and in Höyhtyä.
