Resident's Guide
Reporting problems
If you notice problems in your apartment or in the common areas that require immediate attention, please call property maintenance or your property supervisor. You can also report problems using AVUX. If you fail to report a problem and it causes extra damage, you will be liable for the expenses it causes.
Most of the elevators in the properties have a remote monitoring service safety phone. In case of a malfunction or if the elevator gets stuck between floors, you can use it to let people know you need help.
If you spot problems in the structure of the building or in the common water or sewage pipes, report them immediately in the same manner. This is the best way to avoid major damage that can be costly to the tenants of the building.
Report vandalism to property maintenance or your regional property supervisor so that the damages can be repaired as soon as possible. If you're an eyewitness, report the act to the police and to the PSOAS regional property supervisor, so that the guilty parties can be made to pay for the damages caused.
