In rented housing some maintenance and repair tasks belong to the tenant, others to the lessor.

Please check the responsibilities from the table below before sending a fault report. This way you will save the trouble and time caused by reporting a fault that belongs to your responsibilities. If the task belongs to the tenant but you are not sure about how to handle it, feel free to contact the property supervisor of your area.
